District Manager Job Description
The District Manager is responsible for achieving all Company goals and initiatives through effective leadership of the district's team. The position ensures the integrity of the brand and maintains the professional presence and confidence needed to command attention and influence others. The District Manager capitalizes on opportunities and takes independent action to achieve results. Establishes excellent partnerships with all critical corporate staff and reports directly to the Regional Manager. This role is responsible for the overall performance of district team.

Ø Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our company’s business model and member expectations, along with specific details of the work processes.
Ø Work in-club, minimum of 80% of the time to ensure an understanding of business gaps and developmental needs.
Ø Assign work to the team and ensure that all work have the appropriate level of support.
Ø Address critical issues, and adjust resources as needed. Ensure the delivery of all materials, supplies and equipment necessary for all work.
Qualifications:
Ø 5+ years of retail experience managing 2 or more stores, departments or units, P&L, inventory, operations, and customer service.
Ø 5+ years of management experience leading a team of 6 or more, including training and coaching, with strong leadership and communication skills.
Ø 3+ years of experience in a customer service-oriented role.
Ø Experience in a multi-unit environment, knowledge of retail or restaurant industry operations and financial reporting.
Ø Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
· Minimum High School or GED. Note: a college degree in business or a closely related field, OR 4+ years of US Military service may substitute for a portion of the required experience
